Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) means the bandwidth you pay for is exclusively yours. A 10 Mbps dedicated line gives you exactly 10 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download, 24/7, with no sharing. The aggregation ratio is 1:1 — one customer, one pipe.

Symmetric speed: Upload and download speeds are identical. This matters for VoIP, video conferencing, cloud backup, and hosting.

SLA-backed: Dedicated plans include a Service Level Agreement with uptime guarantees (typically 99.5%+), response time commitments, and service credits for outages exceeding the SLA.

Priority traffic: Dedicated traffic is classified as high priority on our network. During congestion, dedicated customers are protected first.
