Dotmac Selfcare lets you review invoices, settle outstanding bills, add account credit and submit proof of a bank transfer from your phone or computer. The important part is choosing the correct billing action and completing every confirmation step.

Before you make a payment
Open https://selfcare.dotmac.io, sign in and confirm that the customer or business name on the account is correct. Review the dashboard balance, next bill, service status and active plan before opening Billing.
Never share your Selfcare password, OTP, card PIN or full card details. Your Selfcare password is separate from your device or PPPoE credentials.
Understand the Billing page
- Current Balance: credit currently available on the account.
- Total Billed: the total value of invoices generated over time.
- Outstanding: an unpaid invoice that needs to be settled.
- Overdue: an invoice that has passed its due date.
How to pay an outstanding invoice
If the Billing page shows an outstanding amount, clear the eligible unpaid invoice before attempting to deposit account credit.
- Open Invoice History.
- Find the invoice marked Issued, then select View.
- Confirm the customer account, invoice number and amount.
- Follow the payment instructions displayed in Selfcare.
- Keep the receipt and transaction reference after payment.
How to add account credit
Deposit Account Credit adds funds for future payable invoices. It is account credit, not a wallet, and it does not extend your service period by itself.
- Return to Billing and confirm that no eligible unpaid invoice remains.
- Select Deposit Account Credit.
- Enter the amount you want to add.
- Review the amount and the available payment option.
- Complete the payment and keep the receipt or transaction reference.
- Refresh Billing and confirm that Current Balance reflects the credit.
The available payment channel and final confirmation screen may vary. Follow the labels displayed in your portal and verify the amount before authorising the transaction.
Required: upload and submit your receipt
After a bank transfer, the Selfcare payment process is not complete until the receipt has been uploaded and submitted for review.
- Scroll to Submit Receipt below the payment details.
- Select Choose File and upload a clear JPG, PNG, WEBP or PDF receipt.
- Confirm that the amount, date and transaction reference are readable. The maximum file size is 10 MB.
- Tick I have made this payment only after transferring to the account displayed in Selfcare.
- Select Submit Receipt.
- Keep the original receipt and transaction reference until the payment is approved.
Payment confirmation checklist
- The correct customer account was used.
- The invoice number or deposit amount was checked.
- The receipt was uploaded and Submit Receipt was selected.
- A success message, receipt or transaction reference was received.
- Billing now shows the expected invoice status or current balance.
- The dashboard service status was refreshed where applicable.
What to do if your payment is not showing
Refresh the page, sign out and back in, then check Billing again. If the payment is still missing, open Support and provide your account ID, invoice number, payment amount, payment date and transaction reference. Never include a password, OTP or card PIN.
